• Dayna M. Chikamoto works on litigation matters. Dayna’s civil litigation experience includes assisting on complex commercial, false advertising, and real estate cases in federal and state courts. Her white collar defense work includes assisting in the representation of corporate executives in investigations by regulators including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

    Dayna’s work includes conducting fact discovery and large-scale document reviews; assisting in preparing witnesses for interviews and depositions; and drafting pleadings, motions and briefs.

    Dayna dedicates significant time to pro bono matters, including handling asylum and special immigrant juvenile cases, divorce and child support cases, and name change cases.

    Dayna serves on Kramer Levin’s Associates Committee and Summer Steering Committee, and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee Attorneys of Color Affinity Group. In 2023, Dayna was selected for the Pathfinder program by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. She is an editor of Kramer Levin’s weekly Advertising Litigation Report.
