Kramer Levin Advises TTP AG in the Acquisition of Central European Subsidiaries from NNE A/S

Kramer Levin advises TTP AG, Frankfurt am Main, in the acquisition of the four former Pharmaplan companies located in Switzerland, Germany, France and Belgium from the Danish-based NNE A/S.

TTP AG is an operational holding company specializing in production-related engineering services for the process industry. It is the major shareholder of TRIPLAN Aktiengesellschaft, based in Bad Soden am Taunus, an engineering services company with a sectoral focus on life science, chemistry and petrochemistry. NNE specializes in engineering and consulting services in the growth markets of biotechnology and pharmaceutics and thereby covers all service areas for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects.

The NNE companies in Germany, Switzerland, France and Belgium have approximately 450 employees and had a revenue of  approximately 75 million euros in 2018. TRIPLAN is active in Germany, Switzerland and India and has 420 employees, with a consolidated annual turnover of 47 million euros in 2018. As a result, a significant production-related provider of engineering solutions for the process industry takes shape under the aegis of TTP AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
