He has represented lenders, indenture trustees and groups of creditors in the Payless, Nine West, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico First Energy Services, Peabody Energy, Caesars Entertainment Operating Co., Sutton 58 Associates, Ladera LLC, Dewey & LeBoeuf, American Airlines, Tronox, Wolverine Tube, ASARCO, Silicon Graphics, Recycled Paper Greetings, WestPoint Stevens, Sea Containers, WCI Steel, Owens Corning and Bray & Gillespie restructurings.
