Kramer Levin Named as Law Firm of the Year Recipient at Upcoming M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards
On January 22, 2014, M&A Advisor named Kramer Levin as the Law Firm of the Year recipient for its Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department work over the last year. This award and two others will be given to the firm at the 8th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards in March. The firm will also receive the Energy Deal of the Year, for its representation of the official committee of unsecured creditors in the restructuring of AES Eastern Energy, L.P.; and Sec. 363 Sale of the Year (over $1 billion), for its representation of the official committee of unsecured creditors in the restructuring of Residential Capital LLC.
