We have represented developers on many of the supertall and luxury condominium projects dotting the city’s skyline, and nearly all the hotel conversions in Manhattan. We handle the registration of in-state and out-of-state projects as well as registration exemptions, and we advise on marketing, negotiate unit sales and conduct highly effective customer-oriented closing programs. The team also represents clients in the redevelopment and conversion of tenanted buildings as condos, and is experienced in structuring projects that include both market-rate rental and affordable housing components.
