Josh S. Winefsky Named One of The National Law Journal’s 2021 Real Estate|Construction Law Trailblazers

Real Estate partner Josh S. Winefsky has been named one of The National Law Journal’s 2021 Trailblazers for Real Estate|Construction Law. Josh was profiled in a special supplement to the Sept. 1, 2021, issue of The National Law Journal, in which he reflected on his career as a member of Kramer Levin’s real estate practice – which gave him the background to implement a new platform for conducting condo closings remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also discussed the impact his trailblazing remote closing idea has had on the team’s work: it allowed for over $1 billion in condo closings from March 2020 through March 2021. Josh also shared his thoughts on the transition to a post-pandemic real estate market.
