Terry Novetsky has joined Kramer Levin’s Securitization and Structured Finance practice as a partner. Terry represents financial institutions, private equity funds and specialty lenders in asset securitization, secured lending and global trade finance transactions.
Terry has particular experience in loan asset securitizations, healthcare finance and trade securitizations. He has represented some of the most active lenders in healthcare finance transactions, as well as senior lenders and money center banks in restructurings, including bankruptcy debtor-in-possession and exit facility programs.
Terry earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Yeshiva University, magna cum laude. Mr. Novetsky has been recognized as a leading capital markets securitization practitioner by Chambers USA and Chambers Global.
