Terry Novetsky represents financial institutions, private equity funds and specialty lenders in a range of structured transactions, including financial asset portfolio securitizations, lease and project finance transactions, and domestic and global trade finance transactions, with a special focus on healthcare finance facilities and structures. Terry also advises on private equity structuring and represents senior lenders in restructurings, including bankruptcy debtor-in-possession and exit facility programs.
