Kramer Levin Team Representing Sirius XM Radio “Runners-up” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week
The Kramer Levin team representing Sirius XM Radio Inc., was given “Runners-up Honors” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week column on July 14, 2023. The team, led by Litigation partner Gary P. Naftalis and Intellectual Property partner Mark A. Baghdassarian, scored a summary judgment win for client Sirius XM Radio Inc. in a patent suit originally brought against Sirius six years ago by Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Angewandten Forschung e.V., a research agency based in Germany.
The Kramer Levin team also included Litigation partner Alan Friedman and special counsel Marcus Colucci, Shannon Hedvat, Tobias Jacoby and Jason Moff.
