Kramer Levin obtained asylum for Mr. C, a Jamaican gay man. Mr. C endured brutal physical assaults and a lifetime of persecution in Jamaica on account of his gay identity. The Kramer Levin team presented compelling evidence concerning the routine violence and discrimination that homosexuals in Jamaica face, despite recent news coverage suggesting improved conditions for homosexuals in Jamaica.
