Kramer Levin advised Tikehau Capital in participation in Egérie Software €30 million fundraising. In addition to Tikehau Capital, which is a historical shareholder, Open CNP, the Corporate Venture fund of CNP Assurances; Banque des Territoires; and TIIN Capital, a Dutch fund specializing in cybersecurity, also participated in the fundraising.
Egérie Software is developing a platform that allows managers to understand and assess in near-real time the cyber risk facing their various businesses and to precisely calculate the return on investment of actions taken to mitigate this risk.
