KPMG Wins Dismissal of All Claims in Trade Secret Case in SDNY
Kramer Levin clients KPMG US and KPMG Canada won a trade secret case brought by A Star Group LLC in the SDNY. On July 27, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a decision of the lower court in which all of A Star’s claims against KPMG were dismissed with prejudice.
