Kramer Levin Advises CACEIS in its Sale of North American Subsidiaries to SS&C
CACEIS S.A. completed its sale of CACEIS North America, involving subsidiaries based in Toronto and New York, to SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services. As a result of the acquisition, SS&C will add more than 65 employees in Toronto and New York, servicing more than $15.8 billion in investment fund assets.
CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole dedicated to institutional and corporate clients. CACEIS is known for its leading fund administration services and support for complex investment strategies.
