• Rohit Biswas works on employment-based immigration matters, assisting companies across a variety of industries to obtain immigrant and non-immigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations, and employment-based permanent residence status for employees.

    Rohit has worked in immigration law for nearly a decade, as a lawyer, paralegal, global immigration advisor and legal assistant, helping clients navigate the complex framework of U.S. immigration laws and policies.

    He advises on family-sponsored visas and naturalizations, as well as nonroutine matters such as the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. He assists clients in drafting responses to Requests for Evidence for various types of visas, Notices of Intent to Deny or Revoke, Department of Labor audits and appeals before the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

    Rohit commits significant time to pro bono immigration work, including handling asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile, naturalization and O-1 cases.

    Rohit is a member of the firm’s Attorneys of Color Affinity Group.
