• Jillian Banks works on employment-based immigration matters, assisting companies across a variety of industries in obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations, and employment-based permanent residence status for their employees.

    Jillian first joined Kramer Levin as a business immigration writer while in law school. Before that, she interned at a boutique immigration law firm in New York, where she handled various matters for artists, designers, entrepreneurs, and other creative professionals.
