•  Agathe Llorens advises a diverse clientele, including financial institutions, asset managers, servicers, corporations, private equity funds, and insurance and reinsurance companies, on a wide range of financial transactions, including structured finance, securitizations, loan portfolio sales, debt capital markets and asset-backed financing, in both domestic and international markets. 

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Agathe worked as an associate at a Paris-based global law firm.
