Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP announced today that Adam C. Rogoff is joining the firm as a partner in the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department. For more than two decades, Mr. Rogoff has focused his practice on complex transactional, litigation and advisory work relating to restructuring, commercial finance, Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, workouts, and “pre-packaged” Chapter 11 matters.

He has extensive experience representing a broad range of corporate debtors, creditors (including DIP lenders) and other parties in Chapter 11 restructurings and out-of-court workouts. Well-regarded for his experience in representing Chapter 11 debtors, Mr. Rogoff’s clients have included national retailers; healthcare, including hospitals; service providers, particularly in the airline and hotel industries; and manufacturers, notably in steel, alcohol and metals mining. Eckstein, co-chair of Kramer Levin’s Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department.
