Thomson Reuters Acquires Kramer Levin Client Pangea3
On November 18, it was announced that Thomson Reuters has acquired Kramer Levin client Pangea3; terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Pangea3 is one of the world's largest legal outsourcing service providers, with hundreds of lawyers at several locations in India, representing Fortune 100 and 500 multinational corporations and leading US and global law firms. The transaction featured, in addition to the usual array of M&A issues, six classes of equity requiring different treatment in the US and India.
