The Sugar Hill Museum of Art & Storytelling celebrated its grand opening on October 3, 2015. The Museum is part of the Sugar Hill affordable housing project located in West Harlem, on which Kramer Levin served as pro bono zoning counsel to the non-profit housing developer, Broadway Housing Communities. Land Use partner Paul D. Selver, special counsel Valerie G. Campbell and associate Adam B. Taubman worked on the rezoning which permitted the development.
