Seth R. Niedermayer Named One of GlobeSt.com's CRE Aspiring Leaders for 2024

Real Estate partner Seth R. Niedermayer has been named one of GlobeSt.com's CRE Aspiring Leaders for 2024. Seth was noted for his work counseling clients on some of the largest real estate transactions in the country, including Mitsui Fudosan America Inc.’s joint-venture with the Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group for the acquisition and $4 billion development of 50 Hudson Yards. Also cited was his pro bono work and mentoring of junior lawyers looking to make a career in real estate.
