Initial Margin Implementation - How to do it?
On Nov. 15, 2019, Kramer Levin and Fieldfisher will host a Derivatives and Structured Products seminar titled "Initial Margin Implementation – How to do it?" at COMET Etoile, in Paris. The panel will discuss the requirement to exchange initial margin for uncleared OTC derivatives in 2020 (phase 5) or 2021 (the new phase 6).
