Richard E. Farley Named One of The National Law Journal’s 2019 Trailblazers for Finance, Banking and Capital Markets

Banking and Finance partner and chair of the Leveraged Finance Group, Richard E. Farley has been named one of The National Law Journal’s 2019 Trailblazers for Finance, Banking and Capital Markets. Richard was profiled in a special supplement to the Oct. 1 issue of The National Law Journal, highlighting his early switch from litigation to debt finance work and early realization that nonbank lenders would have an increasingly important role in large leveraged buyouts. Richard also noted how the dynamic nature acquisition financing keeps the work interesting.
