Kramer Levin is pleased to announce the election of Renaud Dubois as Managing Partner of Kramer Levin's Paris office, effective January 1, 2016. Mr. Dubois, who concentrates his practice in real estate, construction law and industrial risks, will continue to advise major actors (owners or builders) in the construction and public works industries.
Mr. Dubois succeeds Alexander Marquardt, who continues as a full-time partner practicing in the areas of arbitration and mergers and acquisitions law, following his appointment to the panel of arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), a member of the World Bank group.
“Renaud’s great ability and integrity are recognized by colleagues and clients alike, and his election brings fresh perspective and energy to further and grow the Kramer Levin practice. I am, together with all of our partners, confident that Renaud will continue to advance the strategic development of Kramer Levin's Paris office,” notes Mr. Marquardt.
“I am both honored and humbled by the confidence my colleagues have shown in this appointment, and I am fully aware of the strong foundation being passed to me. I intend to build on that base, with the continued support of the many talented lawyers and staff throughout our firm,” said Mr. Dubois.
