Land Use special counsel Patrick Sullivan has been named to City & State’s inaugural Economic Development Power 75. The list recognizes policymakers who are driving economic development strategies in New York and positioning the state for a post-pandemic recovery. Patrick was recognized for his extensive New York City land use experience, as well as a recent Crain’s New York Business op-ed where he called on officials to update zoning laws to make the city more hospitable to real estate development in the life sciences industry. He was also recognized for this previous role as counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corp.
