New York City Bar Association’s The Do’s and Don'ts of Zoning Lot Mergers & Development Rights Transfers in New York City

Land Use special counsel Sheila Pozon will take part in two panel discussions titled “Mechanics of a Zoning Lot Merger” and “Real World Examples: The Do’s and Don’t’s in Practice.” The panels are part of the New York City Bar Association’s The Do’s and Don'ts of Zoning Lot Mergers & Development Rights Transfers in New York City program, being held virtually on Jan 10, 2022. The program will also be available on-demand via the New York City Bar’s website. Sheila is also co-chair of the program.
