Land Use special counsel Sheila Pozon will take part in two panel discussions titled “Mechanics of a Zoning Lot Merger,” and “Real World Examples: The Do’s and Don’t’s in Practice.” The panels are part of the New York City Bar Association’s The Do’s and Don’t’s of Zoning Lot Mergers and Development Rights Transfers in New York City webcast, being held on Dec. 7, 2020. Sheila is also co-chair of the program.
