Kramer Levin won the ACG Award for Consumer and Retail Products Deal of the Year Up to $200MM for its representation of Automobile Protection Corporation (APCO), a portfolio company of a fund managed by Stone Point Capital, in its acquisition of GWC Warranty Corporation and certain affiliates from CIVC Partners. The award was given at the 3rd Annual ACG/M&A Advisor New York Champion Awards on June 20. The awards honor outstanding achievements in the middle market M&A industry in the New York Region.
