Kramer Levin Wins 2013 USA M&A Deal of the Year for Small Mid-Markets at Global M&A Network Atlas Awards

Kramer Levin received the 2013 Global M&A Network America’s Middle Markets M&A Atlas Award for USA M&A Deal of the Year (Small Mid-markets) for its representation of Automobile Protection Corporation, a portfolio company of Stone Point Capital, in its acquisition of the business of GWC Warranty. The Kramer Levin team that worked on the acquisition portion included Corporate partners Howard T.
