Kramer Levin served as land use counsel to CIM Group and L+M Development Partners in connection with the sale of 265-275 Cherry Street to The Related Companies. The transaction involved the reservation by CIM and L+M of an adjacent development site at 260 South Street and included negotiation of a zoning lot development agreement and related easement agreements.
Kramer Levin previously advised the clients in connection with a modification to City approvals to allow the development at 260 South Street, which consists of two mixed-use towers containing over 1 million square feet of floor area, as well as significant open space on the 265-275 Cherry Street parcel.
