Kramer Levin Selected as Counsel to Unsecured Creditors Committee of RG Steel
On June 13, 2012, Kramer Levin was chosen as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of RG Steel. The seven member committee consists of US Steelworkers, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Balli Steel, Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company, Phoenix Services, Siemens Industry and Mingo Junction Energy Center. The Kramer Levin team is led by Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Thomas Moers Mayer and includes partners Gregory Aaron Horowitz, Robert T. Schmidt and Joshua Brody.
