The retailer sought Chapter 11 protection in federal court in Wilmington, DE, on Sept. 29, 2019. The seven member committee consists of KNF International Co. Ltd., Intec Ltd., Eroglu Giyim Sanayi Ticaret AS, Simon Property Group Inc., Brookfield Property REIT Inc., The Macerich Co. and AT&T Services Inc.
