Kramer Levin obtained landmark and zoning approvals for the development of a new building at 300 Lafayette Street for Larga Vista Companies, the owners of the property, which is located across from the Puck Building in SoHo. Larga Vista is partnering with Related Companies to develop the $200 million project, currently the site of a BP gas station, into a seven-story terra-cotta and limestone building that will have 30,000 square feet of retail space and 53,000 square feet of office space. The Kramer Levin team consisted of Land Use partner Elise Wagner and associates Adam B. Taubman and Inge Hindriks.
