Kramer Levin represented The Procter & Gamble Company, maker of dietary supplement Metamucil, in a successful challenge before NAD concerning advertising by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for its Benefiber supplement. NAD recommended that GSK discontinue its claims that Benefiber is “100% Natural,” “clinically proven to curb cravings,” and “helps you feel fuller longer.”
