Kramer Levin Represents Skyports in Exclusive Concession for Downtown Manhattan Heliport
Kramer Levin represented U.K.-based client Skyports – a leading drone and infrastructure company – in negotiations with the NYC Economic Development Corporation for Skyports to be exclusive operator of the Downtown Manhattan Heliport (DMH), marking the company’s first major investment in the U.S.
Skyports will introduce a number of sustainable practices to advance the DMH, including the integration of electric helicopters (eVTOLs) – which reduce noise and carbon footprint – and the development of a maritime distribution network.
