Kramer Levin Represents Lender of Mortgage Note Secured by 55 Gansevoort
In the June 2012 edition of the monthly magazine, The Mortgage Observer, there is a reference to the sale of the mortgage note secured by 55 Gansevoort Street. The firm represented the lender (CapitalSource) which financed the acquisition of that note. The Kramer Levin team included Real Estate partner Jay A.
