Kramer Levin is representing Hydra Industries Acquisition Corp., a NASDAQ-listed special purpose acquisition company in the negotiation of its agreement, announced July 14, to acquire London-based Inspired Gaming Group in a transaction valued at approximately $200 million. Inspired, a global games technology company, supplies virtual sports, mobile gaming and server-based gaming systems with associated terminals and digital content to regulated betting and gaming operators worldwide. The transaction, which remains subject to approval by Hydra’s shareholders and other customary conditions, is expected to close in October.
