Kramer Levin represented Blue Owl in the negotiation of a second lease amendment to take approximately 70,000 rentable square feet of additional space at 375 Park Avenue. Blue Owl's footprint in the building now consists of 9 full floors spanning approximately 239,000 rentable square feet. The lease amendment was signed on Sept. 24, 2024.
