Three Kramer Levin restructuring deals will be recognized at M&A Advisors' 19th Annual Turnaround Awards Winners list.
Kramer Levin is set to be recognized as part of the deal teams for each of the following awards:
Health Care/Life Sciences Deal of the Year (over $1B) for the Restructuring of Rite Aid Corporation
Restructuring Deal of the Year ($250M – $500M) for the Restructuring of Peer Street
Restructuring Deal of the Year ($5B – $10B) for the Restructuring of Endo Pharmaceuticals
The awards will be presented at The M&A Advisors' 2025 Distressed Investing Summit and Awards Gala on March 25, 2025, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
