Kramer Levin Elects Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille Partner

Kramer Levin’s Paris office confirms the growth momentum of its Restructuring and Litigation practice with the election of Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille as a partner.

Ms. Fournier-Gille has been a member of the litigation practice in the Paris office since 1994. With a practice focusing on business law, she represents clients primarily in regard to commercial litigation and advises them on bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has vast trial experience before the French courts and represents creditors at all stages of these procedures (negotiation of agreements and drafting of legal documentation, including related litigation). She has solid experience in insolvency proceedings and regularly advises her clients on their restructuring operations. She holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Law from the University of Paris XII (1991) and co-heads the Banking & Credit subcommittee of the Paris Bar.
