Kramer Levin clients NationalCard Processing Systems, LLC and HealthCard Systems, LLC closed the sale of their assets to Global Payments Direct, Inc. for approximately twelve million dollars. Launched in 2002, NationalCard and HealthCard are engaged in the business of credit card transaction processing.
