Kramer Levin Client Radware Completes Acquisition of Nortel’s Application Delivery Business
Kramer Levin client Radware, the leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking, announced on March 31 that it had completed the acquisition of assets pertaining to Nortel Network Corp.’s Layer 4-7 Application Delivery Business for $18 million. Included in Nortel’s divestiture were its application delivery products, certain related intellectual property assets, tangible assets, inventory and service contracts in addition to a number of employees related to this business.
Ernest S. Wechsler and Seth R. Merl led the Kramer Levin team. The other members of the team were Richard H. Gilden, Randy Lipsitz, Robert T. Schmidt, Barry Herzog, Robert N. Holtzman, Kevin M. Moss, Avram J. Cahn, Daniel M. Eggerman and Alexander J. Freedman.
