Kramer Levin represented The Procter & Gamble Company in successfully defending an appeal before the NARB concerning advertising by S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. for its Windex with Vinegar cleaner. NARB affirmed NAD’s recommendation that SCJ discontinue its unqualified claim that Windex with Vinegar is “non-toxic,” which also resolved a parallel appeal related to the same claim on SCJ’s Method-branded cleaning products.
