On November 16, Kramer Levin client Ocwen Financial Corporation announced that it has closed its secondary public offering of 28.75 million shares of common stock (including 3.75 million shares purchased by the underwriters to cover overallotments) to raise approximately $375 million. The Kramer Levin team that worked on the offering for Ocwen Financial consisted of Corporate partner Christopher S. Auguste, and Corporate associates Adam Busch, Sarah E. Kaehler and Dori Mirvis. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. acted as co-manager. The underwriters were represented by Clifford Chance US LLP.
