Kramer Levin Client ECA Group Closes Its Acquisition of Triton Imaging, Inc.

On December 10, 2009, Kramer Levin Paris office client ECA Group (NYSE EURONEXT: ECASA) closed its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Triton Imaging Inc., a software company based in California.

ECA is a world leader in the protection of human life, specialized in the design, manufacture and commercialization of robotic systems, simulators and control command systems. Triton is a global leader in the development of high-performance software for underwater search and survey. Through its acquisition of Triton, ECA has demonstrated its commitment to moving up the value chain, as Triton’s software products will help ECA strengthen its range of solutions and competitive advantages in underwater robotics used for hydrography, oceanography and marine safety applications.
