Kramer Levin Assists in Securing Landmarks Preservation Commission Approval for Revitalization of Central Park’s Delacorte Theater
On Jan. 25, 2022, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission granted approval to Kramer Levin client The Public Theater for its plans to revitalize The Delacorte Theater in Central Park. The plans, overseen by The Public Theater in partnership with Central Park Conservancy and the NYC Parks, will deliver a much-needed update to the 60 year old cultural icon to enhance the venue’s equity and accessibility.
