Kramer Levin is pleased to announce the appointment of Paméla Le Jeune and Marie Davy as partners.
Paméla Le Jeune is particularly involved in property tax, transactional tax and fund structuring. She assists all types of investors with short- or long-term investments, helping them choose and implement tax-appropriate structuring schemes.
Admitted to the Paris bar since 2007, Paméla holds a DESS in international taxation and a DEA in public finance and taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Paméla joined the firm in 2016.
Marie Davy works with French and foreign clients in complex commercial, industrial, corporate and liability litigation involving international law issues. She advises and assists her clients in drafting and securing their commercial agreements as well as in the context of asset deals or contractual audits.
Admitted to the Paris bar since 2005, Marie holds an LL.M. in European business law from King’s College London and a DEA in business law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
She joined the firm in October 2019 from Altana where she was counsel.
