Kramer Levin represented (a) RBC Capital Markets as sole lead arranger, (b) RBC Capital Markets and other financial institutions as joint bookrunners, and (c) Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with approximately $1.3 billion financing arrangements for Guidehouse LLP, a Veritas Capital portfolio company, which is a leading provider of management consulting and strategic advisory services to government clients. The deal was announced on Jan. 28, 2021 and completed on Feb. 4, 2021.
