Kramer Levin Advises Plaxall on Amazon HQ2 in LIC, Queens
Kramer Levin is land use counsel to Plaxall, Inc. in connection with the development of an innovative, mixed-use district at Anable Basin, which will form the central part of the plan—announced by Amazon, New York State and New York City—for the development of a new headquarters campus for Amazon along Plaxall’s waterfront property in Long Island City, Queens. The Kramer Levin team is led by Land Use partner Elise Wagner and includes special counsel Adam B. Taubman, planning and development specialist Marcie Kesner and law clerk Sam Brill.
