Kramer Levin advised NewAlpha Asset Management, the first French FinTech fund, in a € 2,3 million capital investment in Heoh, a fintech startup that specializes in payment solutions and philanthropy, and offers the possibility to make donations to charities when checking out on a payment terminal. The investment by NewAlpha will allow Heoh to further develop its innovative technological platform for donations on payment terminals. Heoh has raised € 3,4 million for charities since 2015, and expects to raise € 60 million over the next five years.
