Julia Wachter and Meigan Serle Named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2020 Women in Real Estate

Real Estate special counsel Julia L. Wachter and associate Meigan P. Serle were named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2020 Women in Real Estate, Professional Services Spotlight.

Julia was recognized for, among other things, her role in GID Development Group launching its condominium closings at Waterline Sq., a development encompassing three residential towers, a 100,000 s/f amenity center and a 2.6-acre park along the Hudson River.

Meigan was recognized for, among other things, her work on Hudson Yards, the largest private development in U.S. history. The Related Cos. and Oxford Properties are essentially building a city-within-a-city, much of it above a working rail yard.
